Michael Davis
With over 22 years of experience in the United States Navy and Information Security work with Boeing, IBM, and the Los Alamos National Laboratory, he has been widely recognized for his cross-sector competence and technical expertise in technology markets and mindfulness-based practices within cybersecurity. Michael is an accomplished professional actively engaged in various industry associations and organizations. He is a member of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), where he contributes to advancing security practices and knowledge sharing.
Paige Pierce
As CEO and president of the Pierce Group and executive vice president of Larimer Capital Corp., Ms. Pierce consults broker-dealers and investment advisers on regulatory compliance, operations, startup and turnaround. Outside of her paid work, Ms. Pierce has developed a particular competency for small-firm advocacy, culminating with her election in 2018 to the FINRA board of governors.
Barbara Ryan
Barbara Ryan is the Executive Director of the World Geospatial Industry Council (WGIC). Ms. Ryan has previously worked with the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), and the Group on Earth Observations (GEO). Ms. Ryan also serves on several boards and advisory committees at various national and international organizations such as the Jane Goodall Institute. She has been a Policy Advisor at WGIC since January 2019.
Paul Jasinowski
Paul is currently the VP of Strategy & Operations at DHI Group, Inc., a position they assumed in January 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Director of Strategy & Operations at the same company from April 2021 to January 2022. From March 2020 to April 2021, he was the Director of Strategy & Operations at DHI Group, Inc. In 2020, he began his career at the company as a Strategy & Operations Consultant. Before joining DHI Group, Inc., Paul worked as a Consultant at Carbon180 in 2019 and as a Consultant at the School of Global Environmental Sustainability, Colorado State University in 2018.
Thomas Muldoon
Thomas is currently the Director of Operations for the U.S. Air Force Men’s Lacrosse Program. A former attackman for the Denver Outlaws and assistant coach at Colorado College and Amherst College, he was a 2x Division I All-American and Academic All-American at Brown University. Thomas ranks 10th on Brown’s all-time goal scoring list and is 13th all-time in points for the Bears. He is one of only a few Ivy league players to ever receive three First Team All-Ivy selections, and led the Bears to two Ivy League Championships in his time at Brown.

Laurette Jullien
Laurette comes to us with decades of experience running art and youth wilderness programs. With a focus on optimizing community engagement and customer relations, Laurette’s passion for uplifting the lives of young girls through wilderness exploration and natural art has added a whole new dimension to our programs. Originally from Grenoble, France; her favorite pastimes are watching her two boys play lacrosse and using natural materials to make clothing and costumes.
Ira Huff
A Seneca Nation native of the Hawk clan, Ira grew up on the Tonawanda Reservation of upstate New York and has had a lacrosse stick in his hands since birth. With a Master Degree in Creative Writing from the Institute of American Indian Art, Ira brings his passion for indigenous civil rights and love for the creator’s game to every Earth Lacrosse program. The grandson of Seneca Chief Stuart Jamieson, Ira is the true definition of lacrosse ambassador and steward of the game.
Frank Swamp-Phillips
Frank, a Mohawk Nation native of the Wolf clan, grew up on the Akwesasne reservation of upstate New York and has had a lacrosse stick in his hand since birth. Like many Iroquois men, Frank’s first gift was a small wooden lacrosse stick placed in his crib as a baby. The grandson of world famous spiritual leader and Iroquois Chief Jake Swamp, Frank has continued in his grandfather’s footsteps by spreading the medicine game and the indigenous wisdom passed down from his ancestors.
